Noah Lewis, Managing Director, GE Ventures

Noah specializes in healthcare IT, digital health, clinical services and med-tech investments across high growth company lifecycle stages—from series A to growth equity. His investing focuses on solutions that enable the transition to value-based care, dramatically reduce health system costs and improve patient outcomes. Prior to entering venture capital, Noah led corporate strategy for the $10B GE Healthcare Systems division where he previously led growth-focused marketing and product management initiatives. Noah started his 20 year operating career in the technology industry at IBM where he pioneered SaaS, cloud computing and e-commerce solutions. Noah holds a Master’s degree from MIT and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Skidmore College.

 

Alex Isaac Horvitz, Independent Management Consultant

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the optimization of operations (Lean, 6 Sigma, offshoring, creation of global operating models) and the use of IT in financial institutions (banking, insurance, asset management).  He is an advisor to Allianz SE regarding strategic issues, growth, operational improvement and performance management including their investments in telemedicine.  Prior to this he was head of McKinsey & Company's Operations and Technology practice in Latin America.  He holds an MSc in Eng, Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

 

Harry Wang, Director, Health & Mobile Product Research, Parks Asociates

Harry Wang oversees Parks Associates’ mobility and apps research, which covers mobile/wearable devices and services, apps and APIs, and mobile commerce/marketing, payment, and connected car industries. He is also the founder and lead analyst of Parks Associates’ digital health research program since its inception in 2006. He and his team cover emerging health technologies, applications, and services in areas such as chronic/preventive care, independent living, wellness and fitness, and virtual/convenience care.

Harry has published more than 40 industry reports and white papers and presented his mobility and digital health research at numerous industry events including CES, Mobile World Congress, CTIA, Open Mobile Summit, World Health Congress, the American Telemedicine Association Annual Trade Show, and Parks Associates’ CONNECTIONS™ and Connected Health Summit conferences.

Harry earned his MS degree in marketing research from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds an MBA degree in finance from Texas Christian University and a BA degree in international business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, P.R. China.
